Shake up your life: how to change your own perspective

Updated: Aug 20, 2020

We make our own fate and live our life to the fullest; but as we go through this journey called life, we face challenges that we need to overcome.

I grew up in an environment wherein my destiny/fate was already been fixed. I just have to follow "THE MANUAL" and follow their footsteps; I actually did but as time passes I had to do lots of *trial and error*. Talking from experience, the hardest thing I've done is to do things not my way. I feel like I am locked up in a cage wanting to be free from all the shackles that holds me down from soaring my way up.

What do you think am I referring to with the SHACKLES?? well other than living up to

THEIR EXPECTATIONS (which was actually natural)

the worst is

----BULLYING----

I wouldn't be living my RIAlity without hitting rock bottom once in a while in life...

I have to say

I love a good challenge

Let me share few experiences of mine that really had a great impact on my life that up to now I can't seem to forget .

  • At our corridor in school where all of the students are just having a good time, my classmate pulled my pants down. The thing is, its not the Pulling of my pants that made me upset but the fact that my closest friends didn't even defended me or comforted me; instead, they actually enjoyed the whole thing

  • My first ever Relationship *puppy love* was not real or genuine because the people I call *friends* made a bet on the guy I like to make me fall inlove with hime and be in a relationship with him to get a reward and bragging rights too....

  • I wasn't able to go home for lunch because my so called *friends* hid my lunch pass. Sooo I had to borrow money so I can eat lunch at school and be unprepared for my afternoon classes.

  • Some people gossiped about me kissing someone behind the curtain at the school bus during our school trip when in-fact I was just making that person calm down so she could stop crying because I dont want to get lectured by our teacher or even be the talk of the town.... UNFORTUNATELY my plan went upside down :))... I ended up getting an earful from my teacher and worse I got punished by a CAT officer during our training

  • I was gossiped a lot that I had to go to a corner of our school and just cry and an older student gave me her handkerchief and comforted me., which actually turned out to be one of my CLOSEST and BESTEST FRIEND

--There are more in my list but I dont want to keep going,., too long.. hahahaha

You know my dear friends, it may sound weird but I actually LIKED the experience.,I already find it funny because I cant imagine my life without those. I had to go through all of that just to be where I am right now..

There's a saying that goes

"The climb might be tough and challenging, but the view is worth it. There is a purpose for that pain; you just can't always see it right away -- Victoria Arlen"

I grew up facing the tiniest to the biggest challenge that comes my way; and I have always kept myself intact and just keep climbing the mountain I call LIFE...

It's through these experiences that made me appreciate little things in life and most importantly changed my perspective of living.

I was raised to lead a life worth living even if it comes with great downfalls because when I'm at my worst shape, I fight and learn to be the better version of myself...

A lot of times you will have to struggle before you shine.

Worst thing, is that there will always be those PEOPLE who will always be there and watch you crumble..

Girl!!! Don't give them the satisfaction; instead make them crave for it until they get tired of waiting coz

RIAlity check! you aint backing down!!! you're here to fight and keep living the life you deserve to the fullest!!

Soo Chin Up!

KEEP CLIMBING LOVES...
